To complete our range of Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) Hitachi has developed its second TABLETOP Electron Microscope, the TM3030 which replaces the previous model and success TM-1000.

The TM3030 is designed for researchers who want to break through the limits of the light microscopy and close up to sophisticated magnifications of up to 30.000x. Now possible to equip with Quantax 70 EDS from Bruker with possibilities to easily do fast qualitative and quantitative analysis, elemental mapping, linescans etc.
